We ordered a pot roast from Omaha Steaks. The description and picture looked good. When we served it, I never saw so much fat and gristle in a piece of meat . Every time you pulled away the fat there was more fat. Obviously it looked nothing like the picture … except that the pic and the meat was brown. Only similarity. It is the trash now, on its way to the dump. Waste on money on our part

We have been buyiing omaha steaks for a long time. Yesterday we had bacon wrapped filet mignon and it was the toughest piece of meat we have ever had Very disappointed for the first time

I tried their beef stew 30+ dollars for a beef flavored stew, totally a rip off no meat nice gravy but beef stew should have meat in it... Never again will I purchase anything from this greedy marketing company.. Zero stars..

I like the food. I DON'T like the runaround I'm getting from them regarding my "rewards". After spending hundreds of dollars, I earned 1600 plus reward points. I called and asked how to redeem them. "Oh, easy" I was told. "Just tell us you want to use them when you place your order." Sounds easy, I thought. Only thing is it's not true. I placed an order and told them to use my points. Received a box of a variety of Omaja steaks and chicken as a bday gift from a friend. I opened immediately and found an empty bag of where dry ice should have been and contents were just cool. I opened the boxes and all the meats had started to defrost! Not safe eating these items. Not to mention a large hair was also found inside. Disgusting.

I don't understand what is going on with a company that is nationally renowned like Omaha Steaks to not fulfill simple orders or at least give updates better. Ordered a package for 39.99 on 3/4, and as of 3/11 there is no update or change indicated. It just says not shipped. What is going on here? How does this company have a 1 star rating after decades of great service and products? Am I missing something?

After ordering I got an email telling me to finish the order, I already paid with PayPal and sent them the receipt. They keep sending me emails saying I need to finish the order but no response from them other than the computer generated email. Spend your money locally and you won't get burned

Missing Items in Order. They argue until you read receipt to them, then they offer some ridiculous small refund when you have proved your point. I also received a partially thawed out order, not frozen. No one in customer service replied to my message for that mess. I decided to try them, again. Now missing items. They do not stand by their 100% satisfaction guarantee.
