Sandy M. Mar 2 2024 Wow where to begin... Omaha Steak doesn't even deserve 1 star from us! We have sent Omaha speaks as gifts in the past on several occasions with good comments from recipients. So we decided to treat ourselves. What a waste of $300.00. As retired seniors we thought this would be a great way to stock our freezer. What a disappointment! I expect when I pay those prices for stakes I should be able to cut and chew them. I got 3 different cuts and all were tough I will be throwing the rest away uncooked I will not buy again I can get better quality at Walmart

Don't waste your money! I ordered fillet mignon packs for myself and my father. The bacon wrapped fillets were poor quality end cuts of split fillets with an attempt at trimming out the fat. The butcher cut are mediocre. Buy steaks locally and get better quality for far less money.

You need to pay attention to the reviews (so many low stars). You won't be in business long if you don't care about customer feedback. Those of us making purchases will certainly look at your online reviews. I regret sooooooo much that I didn't before placing an order. You have lost this customer. Your pics on website are not reflective of the product you send. I have never spent so much money on a product and received so little. I won't use your site or produce again!!!!

I expected better. I get better at the grocer. Will never buy this product again.

My daughter sent me omaha steaks package and the steaks were top sirloin, She thought all your steaks were filets. The top sirloin were the worst ever. They were tough and grizzly. Just opened the last one and has big chunks of fat. Told my daughter do not order from them again. Can do better at grocery store Pauline Diller

If a customer’s family has more than 2 people, do not order their family meals. I ordered the chicken fettuccine meal & it would not serve more than 1 person. I also ordered the Shepard’s pie & it only served 2 people. The other “Family” meals I ordered are only large enough for 2 people. Very disappointing & expensive for what you get. Otherwise I am satisfied with the other food items I have ordered.

Been a customer for sometime. Carefully kept checking deals and found one for $139. Order came today. Opened the chicken, not chicken breasts, only chicken we order. Then I get to the filet mignons the box says beef tenderloins? I called and was told it’s the same thing and the USDA makes Omaha Steaks label this way? Well it was a first, probably only thing we continuously order is filet mignons. I did a few email searches and this is what I found - is beef tenderloin the same as filet mignons, the answer is NO! Your meats are excellent and enjoyed every bit of it. But I paid $99 in December and now it's a $160. That's quite a jump. I can afford a $160. It sure isn't a sale price at a $160 VS 99. Too bad
