There hamburgers are pretty bad. They look like smashed mud, gave them to our dogs.

Their products are decent and good to give as gifts, but their customer service is 0/10. I used a coupon code and it said accepted, but when I hit pay, the amount of the coupon was not taken off the total bill. I sent customer service a message right away, but no response. I sent a second message a week later and still no response....

My sister gifted me with an Omaha Steaks bundle for Christmas. The steaks and chops are so flavorless and tough I can’t believe you’re still in business after all this time. Same for chicken fried steaks and the beef patties . Disgusting. How do I request a refund on behalf of my sister?

Terrible website. Tried to order a gift basket for my daughter but couldn’t get past the gift receipt. I went to Kansas City steaks and filled my order in 5 minutes

I purchased Omaha Steaks decades ago, recently I purchased again with the “deals” they offer. The commercials show a nice plump burger… mine looks like they came off a conveyor belt from Mc Donald’s, Mc Donald’s are much better. The steaks are small perhaps a nice lunch for 13 yr old. The sides are a joke too! So disappointed lack flavor and thickness I’m used to. Think 2x before purchasing and don’t fall for the beautiful meats in their commercials. One other thing. Indeedvolum.com using Omaha steaks as a selling point for meat deals, $89 deals that never arrived. As big of a company Omaha steaks is, they sould be aware of who is using their name and likeness.

Very poor communication regarding tracking an order.. When attempting to track the order all that I get is STATUS: SCHEDULED TO SHIP. When calling their 800 number I am told to contact their help center at OmahaSteaks.com/help. Again no tracking information. The automated voice says I can get an automatic call back to help me make a purchase which is not what I want. I want to know when the package will be shipped.
