I placed an order that was going to give a free item. When the order arrived the free item was not included. I called and they apologized for not including it and said they “can’t “ send just the free item so they are giving me a $10 gift card. The product was $64! I’ll never order from them again!

Very disappointed in quality of products and price local meat market has better quality products for a great price less than half the price Omaha Steaks is charging. They call there scam sale 50 percent off site wide . They say 100 percent satisfaction i didn't get any satisfaction unless I get 50 percent refund of my $200 plus order

truly disgusted for 100 i got steaks so small my only two of my kids got to eat the steak the potatoes as well the hotdogs are disgusting only good thing was the dessert but again only 3 were able to get out the portions don’t match the pictures never again

Product is good. 2nd time dry ice bag is empty. Ordered it 9 21 2023 and dely on 9 23 2023. Dry ice can't melt this fast as I have other shipments with dry ice and is always full. Never ordering again from omaha steaks due to the dry ice issue

I ordered a big box of food as a gift. The package included filet mignon, pork chops, burgers, chicken breasts, jumbo hot dogs, apple tartlets, seasoning and I added stuffed potatoes. An additional box of burgers were added as a promotional item. These were placed on top of the box with the dry ice and arrived completely defrosted. I had made several orders from Omaha Steaks. The products were very tasty, but last time, I noticed that the calorie and fat content from the sirloin burgers and grass-fed burgers was much higher on the boxes that were delivered than on the website!!! I asked several people at Omaha Steaks for a clarification regarding the discrepancy, but I received no clarification at all!!!! Their Customer Service is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! I’m so unhappy that I may stop ordering from them altogether!!!!

They don't bother freezing their shipments anymore. Just received one that had completely thawed long before it got to me, and everything was warm and dripping blood everywhere. Disgusting!

We are just now recovering from Omaha steak burgers. We thawed 2, cooked them to an internal temp of 175 deg F and made burgers. Both of us became ill shortly afterwards. No more Omaha anything. Beware.
