First time I've ever seen $40.00 worth of meat for $90.00 - I was so disappointed when I opened the box. In fact I had to laugh at how small everything was. This was a gift from my wife's parents and It is sad that Omaha steaks (term used lightly) is making money like this for such a horribly small amount of meat, no doubt off of first time buyers. I placed an order and ups has not received it. I called omaha steaks several times and have been on hold for as lo g as 2 hours. Twice I requested a call back and when they called I picked up on the 1st ring and they hung up. This is a Christmas gift. Poor customer service especially this time of the year.

I ordered the package off the Today Show right after that it was advertised on TV the same package but with 4 additional burgers I contacted them and told me it was not the same package I told them I saw their commercial several times and it was the same package I ordered at the same price. I guess to ship me 4 hamburgers will put them out of business how sad!

I placed an order and was given a delivery date. So far the date has been extended twice. The people i am sending to are leaving for Christmas - they will be leaving Friday and the latest delivery date I received was Thursday. It shipped on the 17th - So the meat will be traveling for 5 days if the delivery date doesn't change again. There hamburgers are pretty bad. They look like smashed mud, gave them to our dogs.

I purchased four Cordon Bleu chicken, four pork chops and also for steaks. The Cordon Bleu all you could taste was the seasoning, you could not taste anything else. The pork chops were extremely dry, and so were the stakes. I received hamburgers for free and they were extremely dry as well. I was not pleased with the outcome of the meats at all. Especially after spending almost $150 on it!

I ordered 3 different sets over $300. 2 were gifts but I neglected to add in a greeting card to put under tree. 2 phone calls and email snd they wouldn’t do for me even though I was willing to pay. Great customer service! Will not get again just for that. It’s about the customer and these guys don’t think so!!

Their products are decent and good to give as gifts, but their customer service is 0/10. I used a coupon code and it said accepted, but when I hit pay, the amount of the coupon was not taken off the total bill. I sent customer service a message right away, but no response. I sent a second message a week later and still no response....
