Food made us sick. Turkey breast was dry and not tender and way too peppery. Burgers have a weird taste and texture. I don't understand how they do so well for themselves. The flatbread was also disappointing. The buns nothing to write home about. I will never buy from them again.

Missing item from order & refused to give me $84.99 credit

My order was never delivered! Don’t order from this company . This company is a SCAM! They just cancel your order without your permission. I ordered two separate orders on two different dates. I even paid rush shipping fee to make sure it would be delivered on time. I found out on the delivery date, that my order wouldn’t be delivered at all. The rep name SARAH was rude and put me on hold for an hour on the phone. After that she offered FULL refund (wow). This company doesn’t care about their customers at all. They shouldn’t... read more

Nov 22, 2023 - I placed my order a month ago and paid extra to be delivered last Monday - didn’t arrive - wrote to the corporate office no response - customer service didn’t help and as of now, I still don’t have the shipment and I have 10 people coming tomorrow. Not reliable at all.

Attempted to order by phone according to coupon stating(from AARP Bulletin): STEAK ON A BUN 79.99 free shipping w/promo code 73588NDX. Would NOT ACCEPT ORDER. Stated $89.99 is minimum. This is FRAUDULANT MARKETING; exp 11/30/23. That disclaimer NOT stipulated in add;no other food choices listed to meet that minimum! DID NOT AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM a company who LIES in an add to charge more from customers!!

The meals never arrived for Thanksgiving, didn’t even notify me it was running 5 days late, offered no compensation. Our meal was completely ruined. Horrific customer service, too.

I have tried several times to have your texts stopped. No matter how many times I try to unsubscribe they won’t let me. Please stop! It’s annoying to have to delete every text and report you to no avail.

I ordered a package for my sister's birthday. Was supposed to arrive on her birthday. 2 days later she still had not received it. I called Omaha and spoke to a very nice customer person. She said they would have to put a whole new package together and resend it. They sent it express again after I had already paid for shipping. So the package will end up arriving 5 days after her birthday. They did not offer me a discount, a coupon, money off the order, nothing!! Horrible customer service!! Very disappointed!!

I ordered some chicken cordon Bleu and I fixed it tonight and we couldn't even eat it. It was awful. I was really looking forward to it and was so disappointed.
