I purchased Omaha Steaks decades ago, recently I purchased again with the “deals” they offer. The commercials show a nice plump burger… mine looks like they came off a conveyor belt from Mc Donald’s, Mc Donald’s are much better. The steaks are small perhaps a nice lunch for 13 yr old. The sides are a joke too! So disappointed lack flavor and thickness I’m used to. Think 2x before purchasing and don’t fall for the beautiful meats in their commercials. One other thing. Terrible website. Tried to order a gift basket for my daughter but couldn’t get past the gift receipt. I went to Kansas City steaks and filled my order in 5 minutes

The worst steaks I ever had . Steaks were brown and don’t taste like meat Horrible What a waste of money Very disappointing experience

My sister gifted me with an Omaha Steaks bundle for Christmas. The steaks and chops are so flavorless and tough I can’t believe you’re still in business after all this time. Same for chicken fried steaks and the beef patties . Disgusting. How do I request a refund on behalf of my sister?

Indeedvolum.com using Omaha steaks as a selling point for meat deals, $89 deals that never arrived. As big of a company Omaha steaks is, they sould be aware of who is using their name and likeness.

Very poor communication regarding tracking an order.. When attempting to track the order all that I get is STATUS: SCHEDULED TO SHIP. When calling their 800 number I am told to contact their help center at OmahaSteaks.com/help. Again no tracking information. The automated voice says I can get an automatic call back to help me make a purchase which is not what I want. I want to know when the package will be shipped. I understand it is a busy time of year....but apparently Omaha Steaks did nothing to prepare for the holiday se... read more

When your order ships which is usually within 3 days of placing your order, we send a shipping notification to allow you to track your package. These are horrible steaks and very expensive for the quality. I ordered several boxes for gifts several Christmases ago and no one liked the steaks. And now they won’t stop bothering me, even though I have put in many requests. Don’t waste your money.

Jane We have ordered 5 or more meat packages as Christmas gifts for several years. When we started they were $99. This year they are $144 , that is supposed to be 50% off. A few days after receiving the packages we see on Tv and in the AARP bulletin that they are on sale for $89 and $99 . Why didn’t the customer service representative tell me this, I am sure she knew. Guess returning customers don’t count.

Called them. Placed an order for 2 gifts. Never got confirmation email. Got loads of ads from them to my email address. First gift didn’t arrive, called to check on it. No order. In fact no record of my order at all. They take no responsibility as a company. Their call center obviously screwed up. Now what? From them??? NOTHING! The help center on line is a joke. You HAVE to sign up for Howly or you can’t get help.
