When the package was ordered it was marked to deliver just before Christmas. It was delivered today 12/02/23!!! Unacceptable!! The package will be forgotten by Christmas!! Get out of business if you can’t follow instructions.

Happy with my steak order However I received a $ 150 wine voucher with it and it can’t be used in the state I live in. Why send me something that is useless in my cooler ? I honestly think the company should make it right because there are vouchers that can be used in Alabama.

If i could leave a zero i would! Filet Mignon were spoiled upon opening the day of receipt. Ham was blah. Not a honey ham etc. Corn casserole was just ok. Nothing to write home about. So was sweet potato casserole. Pumpkin pie was runny when I cut into it. Not thoroughly cooked as described. Threw it away. A very tasteless Thanksgiving dinner. What little we ate. They do not give the discounts, that they advertise on line. I spent hours researching my order . Also hours with customer service. Only to be told it was advertised incorrectly. Even after reading it to them word for word! I had just received an order for 600.00 the day before. They do not care about their customers. Bait and hook!! Very, very sad.

My employer gave us a meat package as a holiday gift from Omaha steaks, came with steaks, chops and burgers. We just cooked the burgers and I must say, those are the WORST burgers I've EVER had ??. Idk where you get your meat from but damn, that was TERRIBLE.... Made all 4, ate not even a whole one and fed the rest to the dogs.

Filet mignon pieces are a joke. I was anticipating chunks of meat and instead received scraps that are too small to even cook for a stir fry. At $39 for 8 ounces I certainly expected better.

For years, my mom has sent us Omaha Steaks for the holidays. This year, I returned the favor. I kept getting texts and emails about Cyber Monday deals. I loaded my cart with $200+ in meat. After 30 minutes loading my cart, I was met with a whopping $44 shipping fee, despite your advertisement for free shipping on any order over $149.00. I phoned customer service. I responded to an ad for Burger Perfection Flight (ships free), *****. The ad said to ask for free shipping with offer 73588NDX. After I placed the order I received a call that my order did not satisfy the minimum purchase of $89. So I canceled my order. There was nothing in the fine print about the $89 minimum. In fact it said free shipping will be applied to select package 73588NDX. I believe Omaha Steaks is committing fraud.

We saw a commercial about how you can get free burgers with your order. They were pushing the 99 dollar combo. We went online and discovered you have to get the bigger package to get the free burgers. We ordered it and no free burgers. I emailed the company. Apparently the burgers in the description was the free burgers. Very deceitful!!
