I would give them less than one star if I could. Do NOT work with Orkin ********. Their call center overpromises and their local offices underdelivers. This establishment operates what I think is a bait and switch. The person sent to inspect was not observant, we had to point out everything. He lacked a sense of urgency and kept saying he needed to wait for approval although we booked Orkin for these tasks. I am not the person that leaves bad reviews. I believe in customer service and fixing problems. I work in customer service for a living, but this is different. This is far worse than any "fix". This is a full on scam. A perverted practice carried out day after day. When you scam my family and town, I'm forced to say something. On January 2019, approximately, ***** from Orkin was in my attic and he broke a water pipe in my attic. I asked him to come down and help me get the main water line turned off. He did not do that and remained in the attic for a long time while I had to get a T bar from my garage and turn the water off. My ceiling in my living room began falling down and crumbling and this cause a great deal of damage to my home and a lengthy time out of my home.I now have PTSD from the trauma. I did NOT receive the service I was promised on the phone. I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get my money back but no one returns my calls or emails. Now I have had their monthly charge applied to my card on top of the original $350! This company overcharged and misrepresented their "services" and does not address customer concerns but ignores them and continues to charge fees for services NOT RENDERED! I am considering litigation at this point.

I am very disappointed with the way that I was treated by Orkin and the fact that I was lied to I been received no service none at all i sign up in April and no one showed up to spay my building until august at this point i had already got another company because they say they were coming out within a week i called no answer and then on top of every thing they are trying to charge me when they did not do what they said they were going to do

I paid almost $4k. They did an extremely sub par job despite multiple attempts to correct their mistakes. Months later and I am still doing my own exclusion, trapping mice, and paying them for doing absolutely nothing. They were terrible.

I was pleased with Orkin until my service guy quit. Then the service went down hill fast! I tried to stay with them, but the new people just weren't doing the job well So, I called to cancel and was told that my last payment would come out on day of my last appointment September 15. I just received a collection notice from them saying I didn't pay all my bill and I was going to collection! They had me pass due 30 days! And today is October 4! I have two places around my house that have wasp nests. I called Orkin to come and get rid of it because there were a lot of them swimming around. They charged my card $375 the day I called for this service. One guy came over, spent 15 minutes around my house, and left. For one of the nests, he actually needed a ladder, because it was high, but I had never seen him with a ladder. I was never told that my service was a contract. I was only told it would be 320 for the first visit and 90 every visit after. At no point does that sound like a contract. Manager said thst they did inform me it was a contract which I argued and he said there is nothing they can do. So I am stuck paying 90 a month for them to place glue traps which I could have done myself from ******** Will never be using orkin again.
