30 day notice for cancelation is absurd! I'll start with the positive which is they came out quickly (6/20/2023) and took care of the issue that I had. I didn't feel that I needed reocurring service but was convinced to do so. The issue was eliminated after the initial service and I did not need additional service 30+ days later (7/28/2023) but accepted the service and paid. The contract of service for termite protection was signed in August, 2022. They installed the termite canisters in September, 2022. They came back to check on them when I was not home, I asked them to come back another day. They did not. I checked and ************* are not every **** feet apart around my house. Without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever been put through.Our initial appointment was scheduled for Sat. July 29th. With flea services requiring you to be out of the home for 4+ hours, this is the only day that worked. We've got a kid and ********* so vacating is quite a process. Home team pest control in **** is a scam. I caught the ****** who was supposed to do a service doing nothing but leaving a bill.Be also extra careful about their so called termite stations. There is nothing in these containers.I could see ants and other creatures in the yard and inside the house.After switching to another pest control and termite control company I havent had any issues.

I would give 0 stars!!!! They gave me bed bugs and would not eradicate roaches I had. All they wanted to do was maintain my ***** problem. I went a year with these pests cause they wouldnt get rid of them, all they wanted to do is maintain them. I would NEVER go through these guys ever!!!!

ZERO STARS I had contracted them to seal our crawl space, install a dehumidifier and a new sump pump (that was supposed to be free of charge). They did not complete the job on the first day as contracted and had to come back a second time. They have still not completed the job over a month since they first arrived.They also damaged part of our vapor seal in the crawl space and left garbage down there used to seal the space. I am very disappointed with the way that I was treated by orkin and the fact that I was lied to be the customer service representative and I emailed the district manager *********************** on July 26 and I have yet to get a response. I had been receiving less than acceptable service and when I called the lady I told her that I would like to hold off on services until I called them. The lady said ok and then said have a nice day. Ive had a Orkin pest policy for decades (previously Western) and after identifying an infestation of mice in my attic I received an exorbitant quote to replace the insulation. (I chose to use Constellation Home). Orkin did not follow up to prevent re-infestation as one might expect from a pest control company. Very disappointed to be LIED to about how they were going to fix my mice problem. Stated would use a vacuum system to get all the mice and insulation so as to not have dead mice to smell for weeks. This was the only method mentioned to me, and the ONLY reason I chose to use them. This is a **** square foot manufactured home.
