This company is a joke. I called to have them come out same day and treat a rodent issue and the main number signed me up, sends me out a contract and promises me timeframe for service to come out and even takes a credit card. Shortly after I get a call from some rude woman in the local ******* office that the main number doesnt control scheduling and they cant have someone out till next week?? I am very disappointed with the service that Orkin provided at my home. I had only one appointment and was so disappointed from start to finish. I asked for a different technician for the next visit but they couldnt arrange this bc the manager was unresponsive and would not call me back. I asked to reschedule my 2nd Appt bc I would not be home and didnt want to leave my back gate open. Hired Orkin for a one time visit to spray for ants. **** (Service Tech) showed up on time, performed his job and billed me $408, which I paid cash. He also said that a follow up visit at no extra charge, would be done in a few weeks. **** came back a few weeks later and resprayed area. Later that month, I received a bill for $175.99, which I called **** to ask why. **** said to ignore it and I did. Satisfaction guaranteed? Nope. Technician came out to set traps for rodents and was asked to go under the house to assess damage and extent of the infestation. He refused to go under the house. We had already set 3 traps in the garage--he added one to it and then put one just inside the crawlspace. Two traps. That's it. We had difficulties getting him to come and reset traps with trapped rodents where the garage started smelling like rotting flesh and the live rodents were eating the dead ones. Been with Orkin for a good 4 years. The customer service has declined. Recently I had a scheduled service. The company has both my number and my husband's number on file. I was at work but my husband and kids were home. I wasn't able to take the techs call when he called, as I was at work. He never called my husband, whom was home.The tech showed up 30 mins late....parked across the street with his hazards on for about 10 mins and left.I was then charged ****** for nothing. I purchased a bimonthly pest control service roughly 10 months ago. It was made clear I wanted my treatments done in the evenings while I was home from work due to him having to enter my home while my wife and kids were there. The first treatment was great and went as expected then the technician started calling/texting me to reschedule. Once he done it that first time it was the same scenario from then on. Hired them to do a spider extermination at a new home we just purchased. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Trusted this company to do insulation under trailer home. Got the bid, and agreed to the work. The first time they were out they didn't finish.
