Unbelievable! We called Orkin over the summer because of ants. The guy came and my husband signed up for a series of 3 appointments (1 every 60 days) where they come and spray. They charged our credit card and said we could continue after the 3 treatments or call and let them know we were finished after the initial 3 we signed up for. OK. We read good reviews and called Orkin because we were having what we thought was a bed bug problem. They came out the next day and did an inspection and confirmed that we did have a small problem. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later for them to come back and actually do the extermination. We have a baby in the house so we wanted to be sure that this was done right and wanted to go with a company that offered a guarantee on their work. I had an inspector come out on Friday. He was great and looked very in-depth to find out the cause of the bites I was getting. Originally, I thought it was bed bugs because they had been in our home before. Luckily, the previous exterminator (different company) had eradicated all of them. The Orkin inspector did find the source of my problem-fleas.
