We read good reviews and called Orkin because we were having what we thought was a bed bug problem. They came out the next day and did an inspection and confirmed that we did have a small problem. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later for them to come back and actually do the extermination. I had an inspector come out on Friday. He was great and looked very in-depth to find out the cause of the bites I was getting. Originally, I thought it was bed bugs because they had been in our home before. Luckily, the previous exterminator (different company) had eradicated all of them.
