This company is under contract to our condo. They are incredibly incompetent and worthless. In general they make things worse and the problems they create have to be ultimately undone by other pest control contractors. I have no idea why our condo keeps these guys considering their terrible history.

Marion Illinois office is worthless. They missed a schedule treatment in the fall and failed to come back to do it but yet harressed us with paying a bill from them. Manager of office here was rude and did not care to try to keep me as a client. Would never use them again. Go with someone else for pest control

The gist of this epic: This office is thoroughly unprofessional. From start to finish they offered sub-par service at best. A terrible service which cost me hundreds of dollars, endangered myself and my pets, and provided no resolution to my problem. I have had the absolute WORST experience with orkin ever. After being a loyal customer for two years orkin raised my prices by $10 without informing me first. Then, they never showed up for my regularly scheduled appointment. After waiting an additional 15 days I called and requested service. Orkin then charged me for the service requested. Thanks for making me feel valuable. I will let everyone know how you treat your customers.

I was hoping to have a nationally recognized company service our home for pests. But after several calls and missed appointments for the initial inspection, I just dropped them all together and went local. Orkin took our information both contact and description of our issue and scheduled an inspection for the following day. The following day arrives and no one showed. I can't really leave a review of their service as I was unable to get anyone over to my place to take care of the bug problem. I first clicked on the set up an appointment button on their website. I filled out the information, and was informed they would contact me. I received two automatic email replies that said they would be in contact with me. No one called me that day. I have to echo the other things I'm reading here. I gave an extra star because the problem we had did seem to get better with their service. The reason they only get two stars is because of how miserably painful and awful their scheduling and customer service is. For each appointment, they would call and say, "We'll be there in 15 minutes." OK, well, um, apparently I had an appointment today?!?! The one thing that buying the services from Orkin has taught me is to never buy into the commercials. I thought I would get professional quality service from orkin, but what i got was annoying phone representitives. I swear I would explain to them my pest situation and would give me a reference number for my case. WHenever I called back they would ask the same questions over and over again. Had a mouse problem and had Orkin come to "hopefully" rid me of this nasty 4-legged pest. The guy who came onsite was rude, and imo, very bad at what he was supposed to do. He basically sprayed 2 - 3 points around the exterior of my house, and put down 2 traps in my Kitchen. Said, be back in 3 months to check on the traps.
