Just purchased a new condo. Previous owners had a maintenance contract I thought I should continue. Horrible customer service! They charged us over $1400 to install a mesh in the ground in the backyard to prevent rat burrowing. The sales guy and I discussed EXACTLY what I wanted to have done, and then the technicians showed up, a day later than they promised, and did NOT install the mesh the way I wanted. For weeks I've fought with management who tell me the mesh "was not intended to be installed that way," and that the "salesman was wrong." Made 2 seperate appointments. The first was between 3 and 5 ... noone showed up i called them and was told we dont make same day appointments thats why noone showed up. If thats the case why did you give me a time to begin with? So i then made an appointment the next day between 4 and 6 again noone showed up. So now you wasted my time 2 days in a row 4 hours total and my hourly wage aint cheap. Fortunately another company wanted my 650 bucks! Wish i could give no stars
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. You are better off youtubing to find a solution to your problem, you get more knowledge and don't feel ripped off at the end of the day.
I'd give their service 0 stars if possible. I moved into a new place June 1st and today was my 5th exterminator. Upon arriving 30 minutes late and not removing or covering his shoes (we have a shoe free house) he proceeded to rudely explain to me how my problem is no long severe enough to spray the way I'd requested and he refused to spray. Horrible company. They sprayed one tiny wasp nest for $200.00. The wasps scattered and continued to build nests around my home. When I called them back(30 day guarantee) A man came back carrying a can. When I told him they scattered and are building nests elsewhere around my home, his response was 'Well you paid for one nest. Didn't you sign for that? That's what you signed for." Really? $200 for a spray? I went to home depot and got a can for $3 that kills wasps on the spot. Total rip off, less than zero stars. Never again.
Find another Pest Control as this one is not competent. Technician came out on May 15, to determine the problem. First he came 2 hrs late after the schedule time then promised a proposal that we have never received. Won't be contacting again.
Paid $98.00 all he did was come out and set a lot of traps . he dint inspect to try to find out how the bugs was getting in. Sat in his truck 30 minutes making me out a yearly contract which I had no clue about...I called them for stink bugs he said he couldnt spray for them until around September. Disappointed to say the least. Orkin guy came over to get rid of rodents in attic. Said he set some traps. He was supposed to return yesterday morning for the followup but cancelled 3 hours before appointment for a test?? I took time off from work. Never heard back to reschedule . Doesn't answer his texts. Said originally they have very fast response time. Don't recommend them . Week later someone came out and found 2 dead rats in the traps.
