I had contact to orkin after read the some reviews so I called them for mice problems in my house they came and placed couple of traps but after two three week past non of the mice trapped so I bought glue blankets kind trapped from Amazon and it's trapped 4 mice so I called them and stopped my next service due not further fees and I told them give me a rest refund that they charged on day 1 called so they said we performed the service for trapping so it's can't be a refund so I told them why your website saying that not sat... read more

He was professional and courteous, he explained the whole process to me and what he was doing and why he was doing it, he made sure the problem was dealt with and it would be remedied as early as possible. He handed out his number so I can contact him for questions and follow-ups as well.
