I had several calls with Johnny Echols at Orkin and found him to be very courteous and responsive in addressing a persistent bed bug problem.
I have been a satisfied customer of Orkin for over 40 years. Their product is superior to those I used before them. My technician is professional and thorough. If insects reappear, so does Orkin. I highly recommend!

Having a case of bed bugs is probably the most unsettling nightmare you could ever imagine, but honestly, it turned into one of the funniest and most authentic encounters I've had in a long time. Thank you, George and Reggie, for making me and my grandmother feel safe in our home again after what was a literal nightmare. We had a serious problem with pavement ants last year, I called Orkin and they were professional and friendly. Chaka was the service man that came out to my home to evaluate our issues. He was kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. I have two dogs and a small child, I was nervous about putting chemicals in my home. Chaka assured me the were affective, strong, yet wouldn't harm my dogs. He applied the needed granules and other liquid treatments, we saw results right away!
