It ALWAYS pays to read a Yelp review! Orkin did a very poor job of exterminating and baiting my property; poorly filled entry ways, inadequate supplies (using my own materials), improper examination (missed lots of entry points). I don't know if its this specific Orkin, or the company in general, but I would definitely NOT contact this location for service again, nor do I recommend them. I'm still waiting to speak with a supervisor, and have initiated a complaint online...we'll see!

In May of 2014 I contacted Orkin Pest Control for services involving carpenter and other ants, spiders and mice in my home. Because I live in a heavily wooded area, I felt that a professional pest control service was warranted. Our original first date of service was scheduled to be May 24th, I believe, but due to a birth in the family, we had to rescheduled. Had to call again today since their manager decided he didn't want to call me back. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Today it seemed like I might have actually gotten someone decent. Once again said I should see my refund in a couple of days.
