Can not believe this! One of their employees was in a car next to me at 3:50 on la Sierra driving home. And this man was just staring at me being super rude with his driving and swerving. Then he parks his car again on a stop light and my son starts to notice the way he was looking. It was disgusting, inappropriate,and uncalled for

Started off fine- outstanding decline in cockroaches. Deal was that I would get notified BEFORE the service call. Orkin service came 12/19 with NO notification- said he sprayed outside the house - left a $104 bill. I disputed this and cancelled any further service calls. Orkin took the money out of my account- I disputed this and got refunded. 8 months after contracting with Orkin we still have random cockroaches. This is the worst company out there if I was u I would go to someone else and not use them at all they treat customers like crap they don't show when they say they r and when u call to see where they r dispatch treats u like crap talking down to u and don't get me started on managers in there they r so rude and talk down to u and then don't show that month to do the work next month u see a charge for the last month then get told it will take them 4 day 4 days to post it back to ur account I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE AT... read more

Even though we live in Irvine, our house was serviced by Orkin in Riverside. The first few visits with the Orkin technicians went fine. However, we were then told we had to sign a one-year contract in order to receive any further service. My husband did not want to sign a lengthy pest control contract, as the pest problem had been resolved at that point. They tell you to leave at 9 and be gone 4 hours! I came back to check and they still haven't showed and it's now 12:34! I partly blame Waterstone apt management for scheduling this thanksgiving week. I called to have my apt done first as it's my sons birthday and I just saw the men in the back Apts. They have poor reviews because they come when they want and not concerned for customers. We had Orkin for 3 years and our tech Sean was awesome and new his stuff and then they moved Sean and gave us Juan and everything went down hill. Last week we had an aunt problem in our house. He could not figure out to look in the bushes in the front yard to figure out and see where the aunts where going up the pillar of our house and coming into the kitchen . Juan also lies. Atrocious customer service. Sent someone out on 3/30 and again on 4/1. Billed me for both days. I called to get credit for the 4/1 billing and switched to quarterly service (from monthly).. They took care of the double service/billing on the phone, then to my surprise, I received a bill in the mail for the 4/1 service. I called again and they supposedly removed the 4/1 billing. We had Andrew as our tech and never had a problem. Now they changed techs to Peter who is rude and unprofessional. I will find another service because I am not paying high rates for the Orkin name and get bad treatment.

Have been with Orkin for several years with no problems until now. They have raised there rates. They come once every two months but did not show. I got a call that someone would be there the next day, did not show. I saw the Orkin man two days later at my neighbors. He could not help me. I noticed that they were charging me for $98.00 for there service and they had not been there yet. I called Orkin they said that they showed they had been there. I told them they had not been there.
