My experience with David Maus was great from Start to Finish. I had a great Salesman Carlos followed my Matt helping Close the deal and getting me to drive home in a New Tiguan that I adore. There was an issue that came up and the Entire service team was prompt, courtesy and most importantly fixed the issue with Great Customer Service. I want to this dealership to purchase a 2012 Golf R with 0% APR for 60 months. John Huges, the rest of the sales staff, and managers bent over backwards to please me and get me the best deal. I admit I was difficult to work with at times, with my crazy schedule and going out of town but David Maus North VW went above and beyond to secure probably the most outrageous deal in all my years of buying cars. The service department of this dealership is a pleasure with which to do business. They have made owning a Volkswagen a joy. I did not purchase my car from them, however, I will in the future. Professional, helpful and always courteous. I also own a Mercedes and I must say that the service that I have received from this dealership is far superior.

Karen is an amazing service consultant. She always makes sure that everything that needs to get done, is done only when necessary. There are never added costs for repairs and replacements that do not needed. She is friendly, courteous and efficient. When she moved from one dealership to another I followed her as I have had some bad experiences dealing with other consultants.

"I'm only going for a test drive..." turned into driving my new Tiguan home. I had been researching different vehicles. I wanted safety first, mileage second, and a good deal would seal it. I went to a local Subaru dealership and told the salesman what make/models I had been looking at. When I mentioned Volkswagen Tiguan, he began debating the merits of the vehicle, as well as the publisher of the report.
