Fredy Agron was the best salesman ever!!!! I went in for routine check up of my 2011 Jetta and left with a 2013 Beetle Convertible! It's beautiful and fun and I love it. It's my third VW since 1999. Came to dealership. Was greeted by Scott Doshan. Very pleasant and encouraging to show me what I was looking for. I left extremely satisfied with my new vehicle.
The whole dealership staff was excellent and I highly recommend them. They have a wonderful selection of new and preowned vehicles. I personally dealt with Scott Doshan the GSM and he made the whole buying experience so easy and fun. I will definitely recommend the dealership to my friends and family.
It was a great experience, I've not encountered anything like it before. Ajay greeted me at the door, I told him what I was looking for, he brought a car out to test drive. I brought in my 2007 Eos for service and decided it was time for a new one. At the end of the day I left with a new 2013 Eos that I love! Wesley was so patient with me as I went through my decision making process, and he worked to find the car I wanted at another dealership. The treatment I received from Hadi, Alex, Gary & Katy was exceptional. I did not feel like I was being sold or pushed into a car I did not need/want. Hadi & Alex were extremely helpful trying to work with my husband's and my budget. They are the reason I stick with the VW family.
First off, they have a great selection of cars - largest inventory of VW's I've seen in Florida. They had the exact model I wanted (Passat TDI SEL which is harder to come by) and even had three to choose from. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and personable, not to mention helpful and knowledgeable. The car-buying experience was much more relaxed than I had experienced elsewhere, which I appreciated. I didn't feel any pressure to buy, even though I did!
