This is my 6th VW and I have been coming here for years the people are great!!! The service department is exceptional and go out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible.
I went in looking for a very specific model of VW that I wanted. This dealership really went out of thier way to try and find the model / options we wanted, but were unable to. (There was one in the 9 state region but was not in the color we wanted.) Instead they worked with us, as difficult as we were, and got us into a great new Golf GTi Autobahn. My fiance and I recently moved to Central Florida and needed new cars. David Maus Volkswagen North was our first stop, with the intention to stop at other dealerships. However, the employees here were very friendly, accomodating, fair and helpful. We ended up leasing both a Jetta and Tiguan during our visit. The follow up customer relations has been exceptional as well.
I went into David Maus VW to look at the new Passat not really ready to buy just yet! I met a salesman who was kind enough to work with me knowing that I was NOT going to buy just yet! I test drove the new passat SE & TDI. I LOVED them both! Hadi was my salesman and he was WONDERFUL! At this dealership they really do whatever it takes, we initially went in for a used vehicle being preapproved through our credit union but there were some issues that arrised while at the dealership with them. anyways Jayson was really great at trying everything he could do to get us in a brand new vehicle and which he did. We really appreciate everything he has done for us, and Roberto was really great and patient as well, Thanks guys for all your help..
Brian, Alex, Paola, and Isaac did an exceptional job in making the purchase of my 2013 Jetta Hybrid a great experience. They all were extremely friendly, helpful, professional and dedicated.
