After several emails, my daughter and I drove over an hour to the David Maus dealership North. Mark was very helpful and was astoundingly patient. It was a lengthy process to reach an agreement on the trade in amount. When David Maus says he won't lose your business over price (without being ridiculous of course) he means it! Our experience at this dealership was the best we have ever had! From the time we walked in the door until we left with our new Touareg we were treated excellent. We dreaded the dealership experience as we have had in the past and it was quite the opposite. Every staff member we worked with was friendly and helpful and we did not have to spend hours trying to make a deal. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a VW!!!!

We are very pleased with our recent CC Sport purchase. We did not even have to drive to the dealership; our new VW was delivered to our driveway with a full tank of gas, and freshly cleaned of the love bugs that our salesman encountered on the 60 mile drive on 528! I had a great experience at David Maus purchasing a 2008 I had a great experience at David Maus purchasing a 2008 Passat recently. The sales associate was good and new what he was doing. I owned a 2002 Passat and have beed bringing it there to be serviced for a couple of years now. They are very freindly and know what they are talking about. That is why I decieded to purchase my 08 Passat there. I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends to make their future car purchaes there.
I was shown all the cars I asked about during my afternoon at David Maus North. HOWEVER the following went wrong. During the closing of the sale and the follow on I was never informed of an extended warrantee by Volkswagen instead was shown one with an inflated price and many other warrantees for paint sealers etc. all of which we very expensive but inclusive of every part of the vehicle.
