I went in to look at cars because I am thinking of purchasing a new car soon. Rob greeted me right away and asked why I was visiting today. Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and made suggestions which I had not considered. I have never owned a Volkswagen and Rob explained the benefits of them to me. I have not made a decision yet but he has contacted me since my visit. If I decide to purchase a Volkswagen, I will definitely contact him.
We have bought 2 cars from Angel over the past 4 years, I have found him to be Professional, Friendly, Trustworthy, Honest and Honorable, Traits you usually don't find in this industry. He makes car buying a painless and FUN experience, yet he makes sure you understand all the details of the sale. No surprises. After the sale Angel hasn't changed, when we're there for maintenance he will seek us out just to say hello & make sure all is ok. Truly a star!
We had been shopping around at several dealerships and several vehicle makes and ended up at David Maus very frustrated with the experience we have at other dealerships. I love my new car it is everything I was looking for, sporty looking wheels,leather seats. This was just a great overall experience of buying a car. I have been too many dealerships from Kissimmee to Sanford, looking for the perfect car. The Salesman Ahmad was willing to listen to what I wanted in a car, and got me very close to the payment I needed to be at. I will be telling everyone about how well I was treated, and I will be sending my daughter and son in-law in to see Ahmad next month for their new car too.
