I contacted Osborne Homes because we were concerned our house would not sell in time to get the money into the house we were purchasing. They were upfront told me what the fees were going to be and gave me an estimate right away. They were always available whenever i called just amazing! We ended up selling the house on our own but it was great to have a backup plan with them just in case. They were happy for us eve though we didn't do business with them. They are juat all around good people!

I spoke and dealt with Tyler Plante, he was great and explained the process and everything. There were no details left out and everything was throughly explained. Even though we didn't ultimately ending up selling at this time I highly recommend asking for him. He had great professional customer engagement and I felt great dealing with him if we did sell. Will be recommending him to all my friends and family!

My correspondence has been with Lindsey Gardner / MRO. I've decided to wait on the sale of my home however, I am keeping Lindsey's number as she has been more than pleasant and professional thus far. These days, customer service and kindness counts for so much and this company made a good choice when hiring this young lady. Lindsey has been respectful, not pushy at all, and reliable, true to her word. I look forward to our business dealings in the future.

Everything went really smooth. Everybody was very nice including the notary who came to our home to sign the papers. Her name was Raquel. She was so sweet, nice , helpful and professional. Everything was done very quickly too. The contract we signed was simple and easy to understand. The gentleman who came to get the house keys was very nice and professional. Definitely would recommend them! Thank you for everything! We hope the new owners love the house as much as we did.

Definitely recommend osborne for people that wants a hassle free way of selling and really needs to sell quick. They offer a fair price on your house but the real value is on the seamless process of selling your house. Buying our new home gave me stress but not selling our old house thru osborne .

I got this house in an auction but I wanted to sell so I sold with osborne. I have sold with opendoor before and it was bad. I loved the experience, hands on support and they tailored to my every need. If i need more homes to be sole i am choosing osborne!

I just completed the closing on my home! Thank you Osborne for making my dream come true! I really don't get what the junk mail claims are. I was refered by my friend Casey and he just sold with them. these are better than the ones on TV. They gave me a really competitive offer. I am really impressed and if I knew I would get $9200 more than opendoor. AMAZING!

5 stars! Had a great experience! I was facing foreclosure on my home and just thought it was all over. I thought I would lose my house for sure and leave empty handed. Foreclosure is very confusing and laws regarding it doesn't make it any easier. I didn't have time and funds to tackle this.
