So we sold our house to this company. Lindsey was wonderful and helped guide us through the whole process, and was always responsive when we contacted her with any questions or concerns. I only gave it a 4 because those who were supposed to pass on information like how to get the keys to them never passed on that information, I had to call Lindsey to find that information for me.

I sold 2 rental properties using Osborne Homes. The entire process from first contact to closing of escrow was less than 30 days. Our transaction with Osborne Homes was sterling. I never got a recording when calling for information or updates on the transaction. I always got a knowledgeable, understandable, and pleasant person. The transparency and understanding of our situation was a priority. Everything went just as we were informed and frequently updated on progress. Everything you would want with a property transaction. They're the BEST!

I read many of the reviews before I chose to sell my home to Osborne. First, I was selling, not buying, so this is specifically about my experience selling my home to them. I had a very specific need. I was moving out of State, and did not want to risk losing the house there, because of the contingency of needing to sell here first.
