This place is just plain DECEPTIVE. They say I harass them for leaving an honest review. That's not harassment especially when I have just been lied about in public. They offered no waiving of any tech fee just belittling me for being a very good pet parent who is on a disability budget. There is someone who said she wasn't rich enough for this clinic. Neither am I. This is the truth. There is no harassment in wondering why each move you make in that place needs an extra fee attached. No again they offered no waiving of an... read more

They kept sending me emails about my deceased dog. I kindly asked them to take me off the list and told him he is deceased. You can obviously tell by their reply that all they do is make excuses and blame. A simple "I'm so sorry to hear about Leo, we really enjoyed meeting him and having you as our customer. We will definitely take you off the list." Would have sufficed. Blaming the email server and really blaming me for not giving them a deceased notice is just ridiculous. They are not kind.

Not sure how i should rate... Let's start with my first visit. My first visit was with doctor Ocariz, She was the most insensitive mean person I've ever met. She didn't acknowledge us until 2 hours later after my appt time, I was there for 4 hours. She only saw us twice. Once to see my dog and one to have me sign papers for the procedure. My brothers dog is very obese and old. So going under she is high risk. Rather then being sensitive after I ask for other solutions she pointed to the clock multiple times saying you have ... read more

I brought my puppy in for doggy daycare twice a few months back. We were told that he would have private "room" and would be taken out to have group play time outside. After he had been for about 4 hours I was constantly checking the cameras and called to see when he would be taken out to play. The person who answered the phone assured me that he would be taken out soon. I continued to monitor the cameras and he was never taken out of his kennel to play. This is completely contradictory to what we had been told when we fir... read more

My dogs needed their teeth cleaned. I dreaded having to do this as they are both rescues and very happy and territorial and aware of what they have to endure. I scheduled an appointment for them at overland and I was distracted to say the least. Form the moment the vet stepped in the room I was bombarded with a sales pitch (es) from the vet. I agreed to what I thought was necessary for the dogs at that time. Before I was able to have the dogs teeth cleaned it cost me $800 for the two dogs care. Their teeth were not even clea... read more

We have been to this clinic for over 15 years and the quality has gone so far down hill it is sad. My pup has heart failure and they were going to deny her meds because we could not afford to have another $700 procedure done. We are just trying to keep our dog comfortable before she crosses over. They left us in the parking lot for a scheduled appointment time and I had to call after 30 minutes to be told they had no idea I was here. They are under staffed and have to many patients they cannot keep up. So disappointed!! We w... read more

Brought our yorkie terrier for emergency Sunday night visit. Paid for expedited bloodwork with no response til 7 days later. Poor follow up. Fortunately our little guy was ok without any treatment from visit. Could've saved the money for the service that was provided.

I actually passed on bringing my dog in here because they seem unable to discuss the potential costs for things. The lady at the desk said, "I'd lose my job if I told you that information..." After I had asked, "What is the minimum charge for putting a dog under anesthesia and removing a lipoma?" Apparently they just cannot even begin to discuss pricing until you bring your pet there and pay $60 for a "wellness exam" - aka the Vetrinarian's (maybe even only tech?) opinion... I'm just trying to make an informed decision, t... read more

Staff is rude. Seem to rush the animals thru. Care about money more than customers or the animals.
