Brought our yorkie terrier for emergency Sunday night visit. Paid for expedited bloodwork with no response til 7 days later. Poor follow up. Fortunately our little guy was ok without any treatment from visit. Could've saved the money for the service that was provided.

I actually passed on bringing my dog in here because they seem unable to discuss the potential costs for things. The lady at the desk said, "I'd lose my job if I told you that information..." After I had asked, "What is the minimum charge for putting a dog under anesthesia and removing a lipoma?" Apparently they just cannot even begin to discuss pricing until you bring your pet there and pay $60 for a "wellness exam" - aka the Vetrinarian's (maybe even only tech?) opinion... I'm just trying to make an informed decision, t... read more

Staff is rude. Seem to rush the animals thru. Care about money more than customers or the animals.

Buyer beware, you will be offered unnecessary services. We have been taking our dog here for some time. She hasn't needed much above her occasional shots. She broke a tooth and we were told we needed an expensive root canal. Our dog was recently injured and I was surprised at how long we had to wait to be let into a room. My dog was going bonkers with all the other animals and smells. We were rushed to make a decision about a course of action because they had a meeting to get to. It's not like I came in without an appoi... read more

I went to overland hospital to get my dog certified for an emotional support dog. I have had three grand mal seizures of the past year and I need my dog with me to detect when I'm getting anxious. Overland promised me if he passed his behavioral exam, they would sign off. They proceeded to take my money and even though he passes the exam, refused to sign the form. I had an anxiety attack on the plane and didn't end up being able to fly to see my mom who is sick. They conned me out of money during a very hard time in my life.... read more

Beautiful facility and friendly front counter staff. Poor bed side manner from the vet. She was more of a saleswoman trying increase our bill rather than just doing what was best for our cat. We finally came to the conclusion that all we're going to do were some labs and give her fluids. When we received our bill we saw two extra expensive things that we hadn't agreed on to be done. If you want a bunch of unnecessary and expensive things done to your pet for no reason then go here. Needless to say we will be searching for a ... read more

I recommend getting a quote in writing before boarding your pets here. We priced everything out in detail online, over the phone, and in-person. When we picked our dogs up, we still got hit with multiple unexpected charges. Also, both of our small dogs lost a significant amount of weight during their stays. Not sure why. We thought we were paying extra to board our dogs with people with expertise about pet health, but they clearly didn't attend to our dogs in that regard.

My wife and I have been using Overland to board our dog for over 5 years. We tried using their veterinary services, but they were way too expensive (compared to Planned Pethood). Last time we had our dog boarded we selected group play so he could play with other pups, but apparently he wasn't getting along with another dog so they put him in individual play. Overland never disclosed that there would be an additional charge nor did they contact us about the change. When I picked up my dog, I noticed my bill was 30% higher tha... read more

Pros: Our dogs get a good bit of group playtime compared to other kennels. There are live in staff that seem to enjoy buildinig relationships with the dogs staying there, espescially ones with some social awkwardness. Cons: Expensive. The rooms with cameras dont really work. We had our dogs there for almost two weeks, left them with tons of treats, toys and things to chew on. When we picked them up, none of the treats or chew bones had been given to them, and the toys were missing. I had to ask for our dogfood back a... read more
