Thank you all so much for the amazing attention and care you gave my sweet Ginny cat after she ate a rubber straw! I felt so much better knowing she was with you all. Thank you for quickly seeing her and explaining the care she needed and being patient with me as I made the decisions I needed to! After her surgery I appreciated being able to call and check on her as well. I’m so glad to have my best friend back. I’m sure she’ll get back to laying in the sun soon thanks to you all.

Major break down in communication between staff and transparency of pricing. Had my cat at local vet for urinary issues. They attempted catheter to no avail. They called and spoke to vet at this facility and told them what was attempted, what sedation he was under etc. We rushed Petey right over for them to take care of the blockage. They did original assessment and stated they would try catheter 1st. I explained again that my vet had tried this and was not successful. This is a hard one for me... 1. The clinic appears to be well-kept and clean. 4 of 5 2. They accepted my dog Storm immediately on a gurney and straight to the back. 5 of 5 3. They seemed to have treated Storm right away. 5 of 5 4. The consultation SUCKED! 0 of 5! Very poor communication from the front office workers. The clinic was short staffed. No one seemed to care in the slightest about communicating with the one vet on site. The vet was rather curt and seemed cold and indifferent. Katie, the vet tech, was the one shining star, and was such a wonderful bright light in the midst of this awful experience.

The care was good but was extremely expensive. over $1000 for a two hour visit.

My boyfriend took his dog in on Friday night. They took his dog to the back to run X-rays to see if he had a bowel obstruction. After a long wait in the lobby he was only allowed to be with his dog after he payed the $700 bill. No one showed him the X-rays, just told him his dog was fine and sent him on his way. They didn’t give him stool softener or recommend anything to help alleviate his dog’s constipation.
