RecommendedWe noticed something was very wrong with our sweet boy on Saturday. We were able to get him in right away. He was given amazing care. We were allowed some privacy and time to make the best decision for him. Dr Boyle was very helpful and honest. All staff from the front desk, the techs, to the doctor were so incredibly compassionate and kind. I highly recommend OPVES! I’m so glad there are people like you that can handle this line of work! You made something so hard, just a little bit easier!

RecommendedThe staff here is so kind and compassionate and did such a great job. We had to put our dog down, and since his vet is 3 hours away, had to find somewhere nearby we had never been to. We called to get more information and they were patient and thorough while they explained the whole process and all of our options. When the time came, they were accommodating. They got us right in. RecommendedWe had to rush our black lab to the ER this week due to seizures. Everyone at OP Veterinary Emergency & Specialty hospital was great and gave Harley the care She needed. They were also helpful in giving us the information we needed to determine next steps in Harley’s care plan including calling University of Missouri vet hospital to aid in getting an earlier appointment with a specialist. We appreciate all the help and information we received during a very scary and stressful time.

RecommendedAfter driving to the LS Blue Pearl, I was told they were on hold. They gave me the contact numbers for 2 other BP's, one on hold and the other a 5-6 hr wait. THEN, they also gave me 2 more emergency vets that were NOT BP, I was VERY grateful! Took my Owen to Overland Park Vet's and they were able to get him in, draw the blood work needed, and treat him. I AM SO GRATEFUL!! Very clean and comfortable location. Staff was VERY helpful. I will make sure to keep this location if needed again!!
