Absolutely horrible front desk service and welcome. It was not warm and inviting. It was rude and strict. And horrible leadership that moms and dads of their 4 legged critters (family) can't be by their side for evaluation and to be the advocate and source of comfort.

Hello Deana. With the limited info that you provided, I am not sure which pet you brought to us so my response has to be vague. While I appreciate your feedback, I would like to respond to it as well. We are very strict with our COVID protocols. Obviously, this is not ideal for anyone, BUT if we have an outbreak amongst my staff (which we already have), we would have to shut down and then wouldn't be able to care for anyone's pets. Wish I could give this place a zero. I was looking forward to bringing my diabetic dog there because I heard that Dr. Chung was amazing but unfortunately the front staff is so rude, unprofessional and incompetent that I simply could no longer take my dog there. The doctor was always gone and there is apparently no back up doctors to answer questions. You literally have to wait till the doctor that saw your pet comes back to work, even in a emergency situation. I understand that it is best for a treating doctor to make change... read more

Bahin, I am sorry that you were so disappointed in our services. However, we saw Lady one time almost 1 month ago. When you called in, Dr. Chung was out of the office. Both my receptionist and I told you that Dr. Chung would be back in the office on Sat BUT we would get a message off to her team to get back to you. All of this happened on Thurs. My doctors assistant called and left you a message to follow up and make recommendations on Friday. Had you not rudely hung up on me, perhaps we could have had a better conversation.
