It was supposed just a rotine check up at doctor's office on 11/17. Due to her animia condition was worsen, doctor suggested to do follow up "Darbepoetin" and "Iron" injections in a week. Worried about her low PCV (24%), I proposed to do injection right away at the next door "Pacific Care Emergency". Doctoc agree and help us to set it up. We rushed our Malti-poo here in an emergency. She woke up that morning and collapsed. Due to the time of day, we needed an Emergency Vet. It was between 7am & 8am. I believe we arrived at 7:57am. The first thing they did was take our girl into the back, without us. This was our first time here, as well as our Dog whom my wife had for 10+ years. Absolutely horrible service and treatment with my cat. My cat had a hip dislocation. They not only refused to put a bandage wrap around, but also straight hanged up my phone after I called in to argue. My cat's hip got dislocated within 12 hours after their treatment, which cost me more than 2000 dollars. They abuse normal people like us that do not have the professional knowledge, so they can easily grab their money from our pocket.

But, it was explained to you at length both before and after the procedure that the hip could very likely luxate again and that surgery would be indicated. Majority of the staff were really accommodating, very friendly and on top of things. Except for 1 male staff who was rude on the phone. Facility was very clean Dr. Valerie Lew unprofessional, kept me waiting for 48 hours and did not have the decency to cal me back. I will bot go back and trust any of my pets with her.

LONG-TIME CUSTOMER NEVER COMING BACK. THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY FAR MORE THAN YOUR PET'S HEALTH. We moved to the area in January & have been to see them 10+ times over the course of 7 months for multiple issues with our lab, to the tune of $25,000 collectively. This place is really bad, trust the negative reviews. I wish I thought about yelping them before ever stepping anywhere near this place. No care for your pet or any customer service skills. They even have a sign outside that says "please be nice to the staff." I've never seen that at any vet facility. They really should try being nice to customers.
