I agree with what's been stated in other reviews. Dr Duesburg is super great with Zoey and has cared for her a long time. Getting call backs on test results and medication refills is a problem. My most current case is Zoey is very ill. Very. It's been two weeks since her CT scan when I was told I've have the results the next day. Turns out my "case was closed" for some reason and nobody bothered to even call to see how she was doing after the ultrasound or the anesthesia from the ct scan. Please do not take your pet to this emergency hospital! I had the worst experience with the staff here. Most of them have attitudes and are not compassionate to their customers especially at a time where you're scared for your pet. I wish I would have read other people's reviews before I brought my pet here. If there is one bad review then ok that's a one off. If you would like to have a civil conversation about your visit to us, I am more than happy to listen. However, you give absolutely no information about who you or your pet are. Are we perfect? Absolutely not. To err is human and we try to give our all every day. If we don't meet expectations, I am more than happy to own it and try to make it right. But going on Yelp and ripping someone apart doesn't really help anyone at all, does it? Again, if you would like to have a civil conversation, I am more than happy to listen.

I'm glad my cat is out of that place. My cat was sedated all the time and was left soaking in his urine until visiting time. He was brought to me wet after having been rinsed out but not dried. He was then brought to me with litter dried up on him. In three days he had three treating doctors. The hospital did not have his prescription food either. The front desk people were rude and yelled at me when I asked why it's taking so long to bring my cat back to me. The doctor was so petty that wrote in the medical records that ... read more

My dog underwent a 4 hour examination with a vet specializing in internal medicine. The tests included ultrasound and several lab tests that were sent out for results. I was charged two thousand dollars and told that the doctor would call me for a consultation and report the results of the test results 3 days afterwards. I was also assured that a written report would be sent to my vet and to me. We do not ever promise a 3 day turn around with guaranteeing test results because many times, they are delayed. Incompetent and unprofessional care. Unable to diagnose and suggest a treatment plan, but more than willing to continue to suggest testing. Only interested in collecting the fee and charging your credit card. Unable to perform standard emergency procedures. Unwilling to reflect on their poor care and resolve issues.

Let me start off by saying that my pet was not experiencing a medical emergency and that I have pet insurance. I came here at the recommendation of my vet who wanted me to have additional tests run due to elevations in a blood panel. After my consultation was completed and fees collected-all service and communication went down the drain. Folks do yourself a favor, explore other places before bringing your dog here. My dog got referred here for what my vet said was a simple procedure but in a sensitive area (prohibiting him from doing it, "just to be safe".) When I walked into this place, their surgeon said before he did anything to my dog he would need to do a CT scan. The cost for the CT scan $3k to $3500, not including the actual treatment. Chen is ok but only in 3 days a week . Amanda Bence is experienced but jaded and all about "fast" and move on. These guys are a billing machine. Poor communication, crafty deflection when calling in to the front desk and overall avoidance. Amanda misled me on billing and procedure. My very limited reach outs to communicate were stone walled.
