Aros at the customer service desk/phone reception was the most rude and condescending person ever. He spoke on top of me as I was explaining the reason for my dog's visit and then claimed I didn't explain with enough detail why my dog needed to be seen by his original internal medicine doctor and proceeded to argue with me about it. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was placed on hold for an extremely long time and then Colleen the supervisor reprimanded me for writing a poor yelp review before speaking with her. very very rude staff. i walked in they didnt even greet me for 20 minutes and were super rude. all these vets are must thinking about money and dont care for the pets. i ended up getting into it with them and went somewhere else and glad i did. Do NOT go here trust me

Yes Missy, I signed an AMA so that you would give me my dog back. The first two times I asked to have her back no one would bring her back out to me. My normal vet did not send me there and none of what you suggested including hospitalization you could give me a valid reason for or even answer my questions directly. Hello Nicole. We did not recommend that you just leave with antibiotics which is why we had you sign an AMA before you left. We recommended multiple diagnostics as well as hospitalization since you were specifically sent here by your primary vet for additional testing. We were just trying to give you the best course of action to help Coco, give youa diagnosis and it wasn't "all about the money". I hope that Coco is doing better.

Do not go to this Hospital, they are only focused on collecting thousands of dollars for care they do not provide. I took my dog in May 2023 met with Dr. Vivian CHIANG she misdiagnosed my dog that he had a "slight case" in her words of pancreatitis sent me home with lots of medication, tests were done based on her recommendation as a doctor, they administered fluids under the skin on his back that leaked out all over him, not sure any at all got into his system, three weeks later, my dog is gone from cancer, misdiagnosed hor... read more

Patricia, the bloodwork and ultrasound that you permitted us to perform did in fact show pancreatitis. Other testing and hospitalization were declined so we made a diagnosis on the information that we had. Unfortunately, while trying to discuss your visit with us, you started yelling, threatening a lawsuit, and cursing, at which time, I ended the conversation as that is not productive for anyone. I am sorry that Shorty passed away.

High priced and frustrating customer service. Ended up walking out. When we could meet with our vet he was surprised at what their recommendations were.

*PET OWNERS BEWARE* This review is specific for SEBASTIAN, as well as the other staff members we encountered during our visit. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. This was absolutely THE WORST VET EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD IN MY 30+ years as a dog owner! He, as well as his colleagues are incredibly rude and condescending in every way possible. This place will let your pet die if you don't pay them immediately. My girlfriend took my puppy here when he had a life threatening medical emergency and would not do a simple procedure until I got there to swipe my credit card. I asked the lady at the front desk what would have happened if I wasn't able to immediately pay and she said they would have done nothing. I wish I would have read the reviews before making the appointment and coming here on 3/10/23 - like many other 1-star reviews, I was referred by my primary vet for my Dobie as they'd exhausted their resources trying to diagnose her - it was urgent, but not an "emergency". The business manager who posts responses to these 1-star reviews would be well advised to sit in some of the actual client interactions, particularly with Dr Chung- she too told me the diagnostic test results should only take 2-3 days (which was repeated b... read more

I have looked up my rights with regard to not being informed of the doctor not being available to prescribe my cats medicine for her UTI in a timely manner. UTI's are painful, my cat sat from 3/11/23 to 3/18/23 with her infection and no prescription in writing for me to fill her medicine. The test results were in on the 16th. This is negligence. It is reasonable for me to receive a call and prescription (written or filled by the facility) sooner than 48 hours after illness has been diagnosed. Especially a call from the doc... read more
