The staff at Pacifica care truly about the facility and its residents. My loved one is in the memory care unit, and he has been thriving and enjoying his time there. [name removed] is the reason why we went with Pacifica. She was transparent, kind and did her best to make things work for us as she understood our situation for my dad's care. She was flexible and made things easy from the start. She supported us through the move in process and ensured the rooms were to standard. When a curtain was dirty within 24 hours it was replaced. I am very happy with the care my parents are getting at Pacifica. My father has several health issues and he gets excellent attention from the staff. Everyone is very friendly and my parents are extremely comfortable at Pacifica.

The place us a great location - the staff members are great. Breakfast, lunch, & dinner is great. Price is fair. Very clean. Activities are good. Makes you feel at home.

If I had the mine and could find a good place, I would move out. To make the community better they could hire a good cook. Hire more helpers (shortage appears to be a national problem). Willing to spend some corporate money for activities. Places like this should not be owned by a corporation (its top goal is profit!).

I would give a recommendation based on my experience to date. If a friend asked about my experience, I would give a positive review. We picked this community, because of the price, services, and geographic proximity.

My advice: question the intake process and push for clarity on what they are charging and why and not to let them rush you. I am pleased with the care they have provided my dad. He seems to be content.

I gave a 3 on the overall experience because of billing issues, and communication issues. The care is of high quality and they seem to take an interest in the residents.
