I spent years as a docent at the Los Angeles Zoo and I often visit zoos when I'm on vacation, so I've been to many zoos in many countries. This is probably one of the worst zoos I've ever been to for a variety of reasons, but mostly because of the way they treat their customers. The zoo is great, restaurant is so, so slow. Pack your lunch. It took an hour for food. Multiple people waiting. So frustrating if you have kids. The cashier kept on taking orders even though they were backed up. They lost one of the to tickets. Tickets were out of order. Just terrible.
