Saddest zoo I've ever been too, and I come from a small city with a run down, dilapidated zoo. Most animals looked sedated, miserable, and completely exhausted from their mundane life enclosed in a space way too small for them. Every animal (besides the birds) were practically comatose hiding in the deepest corners of their cages. We'd seen enough after a measly hour. I spent years as a docent at the Los Angeles Zoo and I often visit zoos when I'm on vacation, so I've been to many zoos in many countries. This is probably one of the worst zoos I've ever been to for a variety of reasons, but mostly because of the way they treat their customers.
