After a long afternoon of riding our bikes, we decided to stop into this cute little convenience store to check it out. It was pretty busy with people grabbing ice cream, snacks, and souvenirs, which gave it such a fun vacation vibe. They have a self-serve soft serve ice cream station along with a huge candy section where you can fill a bag with however much you want. First time ever visiting a local general store, and all I can say is, I'm jealous! I wish California had something like this. This place truly has everything you could think of and more. It's such a fun, unique experience to browse, and you never know what you'll find. Definitely a must-visit especially if you're walking distance from the resorts nearby.

PD General Store has good home cooked breakfast and lunch, not the best but very consistent and good enough. The store has a good variety and most things you need when you have a craving. The best thing is taking your food out on the covered porch and eat while listening to the relaxing sounds of pickleball(not relaxing to me). Overall it is a staple if you stay in Palmetto Dunes.

I stopped into the General Store on October 20th, while staying at a nearby resort. The General Store was really cute and carried alot of items you may need while staying in the area. To my surprise they also had a food cart in the rear, where you can purchase items like chicken, tenders and sides. I did notice some of the candies and chips may have been passed there expiration dates, so that is something to be mindful of. Otherwise, I was able to find what I needed and the fried chicken I had was pretty good.

All you would need and great quality tee shirts, mugs and more for souvenirs. They sell boogie boards and swim needs. They even have food and is a favorite for kids to bike to for ice cream.

Nothing fancy. The highlight of the store is apparently the candy isle lol. If ur staying near and just need a drink or some candy this is your place. I also think they may also sell food but I'm not sure.

Had good experience at golf range with Doug their in house pro. Taught my grandkids some really good pointers on improving their games and got my daughter interested in taking up golf.

this place is a staple of the palmetto dunes area. However it feels very outdated. it is always crowded and the place is small. The prices are high and the food selection could use some work. However the workers are nice and it is a classic just could use some re working!
