Beautiful property The views from the condo are more beautiful than the pictures can convey. And the layout, attention to detail, and cleanliness of the condo were all fantastic! Our family really enjoyed our stay here and next time we come, we would love to stay here again! The Pool, beach access, BBQ grills, and peacefulness of the property made it all such a relaxing and fun vacation for us. And seeing deer roam around was just a bonus. Would highly recommend staying here!
Beautiful unit and great resort This is a beautifully renovated property. Was perfect for our family of four (kids age 5 and 7). Loved that we were directly across from the community pool and the in-resort door to door shuttle service was fantastic. Just a quick shuttle ride to the beach - Too far to walk with young kids and beach chairs etc.. We had a car but could have easily gotten by without one given the shuttle takes you to Shelter Cove as well where there are many restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Amazing bike... read more

Another wonderful stay in Hilton Head This is a great rental property. Close to beach and the pool. The condo has all the amenities you need to make it your home away from home.
Great House Bill the owner was terrific; very helpful and great communications. We had seven adults and were very comfortable. The house is well-stocked (esp. the kitchen) and Bill and his wife have provided helpful labels and guides throughout the house (example, how to operate the hot tub and gas grill). About 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach depending on your speed and load. Palmetto Dunes is beautiful and great location on HHI. We hope to return in the future.
Recent Stay Overall the place was really nice. A little dated in the kitchen and bathrooms, but clean and comfortable.
Close to beach The online and check in process at the property went great had great weather great condo very close to the beach fabulous !!!!!!

Top Notch Spot ! What a fantastic house! We had 3 families this year as part of our family vacation and this house was perfect! Great location, fantastic landscaping and the right size for 7 adults, 2 kids and a baby. We all had privacy when we wanted it and the common areas held all of us without feeling cramped.
