Family Vacation 2019 My family has been getting together for a summer vacation along the east coast for the last 15 plus years. This house was one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was comfortable and looked just like presented. Every switch was marked so it didn't take days trying to remember or find which switch worked for which area. Family Vacation 53 Fazio was an ideal location for our family of seven adults and two young grandchildren. This is our 30th year visiting Hilton Head so we knew the property was ideal for us and in close proximity to the beach and pool which are our main activities in the summer months.. The owners and rental agent were responsive and accomodating to our requests. Overall a great experience.

Great Getaway! Great place to vacation! Bike riding to beach and bars and outdoor events. Golfing and shopping nearby. Family game nights around dining room table. Tons of fun in a really nice area in a very nice, comfy, roomy and clean place. Close to everything.
Bugs and broken appliances At first look the condo was beautiful but after the first night I was ready to leave. There were several broken appliances from the sink to the dryer and dishwasher. While the home appeared to be well refurbished there were so many little things that were wrong with it. Also we found dozens of insects during our stay both small and large. Hampton Place Loved everything about it. If there was a negative it would be the extremely hard beds.
