Great location but... The location of this unit is perfect with the pool and beach both close by. When our travel plans were delayed the resort got in touch with us before I could reach them to make arrangements for us to get our keys and check-in materials, which I really appreciated. We also enjoyed a Pickle Ball clinic during our stay in Palmetto Dunes. However, we found this unit in need of some serious TLC. Great Villa for group or family vacation Fazio 53 was everything we hoped for. The quiet neighborhood feel was very relaxing and is super convenient get to the beach by car or bike. Plenty of space for 8 adults and a baby. Kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy cooking & grilling at home several nights. Clean and comfortable villa. Owners very quick to communicate and respond to questions prior to arrival. Hope to get back there soon.

What a beautiful spot! We have been staying at Captains Walk for many years. This has to be one of our favorites! Terrific spot to spend the week on our favorite island. The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated, well kept and fully stocked with all of the little things that help make it feel like a home away from home! Absolutely amazing view whether looking at dolphins or stars. We loved everything about our stay! Thank you for sharing your beach home with us!
Excellant location and updated beautiful condo We own several rental properties and have not been able to find a property that holds a candle to ours until this one. Very well updated, decorated and comfortable. Only suggestion we would offer is t ok supply more wash cloths, towels. Also would have been nice to have had wine glasses. We would definitely rent again. Stay was wonderful!

Did not get to stay in reserved unit... Unit was clean...we were disappointed with not getting the unit we reserved.
Great location but not clean. Loved the location. Unit accommodated our family well but it was not clean. Drain in master bath sink drained very slowly.
