Wedding weekend The property is amazing and the owners easy to contact and very responsive. We had an awesome time and will be back to HHI soon!
Perfect in every way for our 30th Anniversary getaway! This condo is spacious, nicely appointed, warm and welcoming. It felt like we were truly staying in someone's well-loved home. The owner has added several unique and special touches around the condo. There are plenty of storage cabinets and shelves..and hooks for towels and robes! The location and view can't be beat! Great spot. Great house, plenty of space, well maintained.
Better than Home 1 Up Wind is an amazing retreat in Palmetto Dunes. The house is spacious with very nice comfortable furnishing and beds. Everything we needed was provided. The pool was a perfect size and temperature for relaxing and our group used the jacuzzi every night to soothe sore muscles after a day on the tennis courts. Our Host Bill checked in often and was so helpful with recommendations. Not ready for occupancy. Not great tennis facilities. The condo was not ready when we arrived. There were no towels and no sheets. Because it was after 6, we had to wait until the next day for towels and sheets. Once we got our bikes from the nicest guys at the nearby rental facility, vacation got a whole lot better. Biked everywhere we could. While the signs read that cars had the right of way, cars did stop for riders. The people at the tennis desk not super friendly and tennis courts not very well kept. Great place! We had a great time and the villa was in a wonderful location. Beautiful views of the beach which really was just steps away. Spacious and comfortable. We would definitely go back.

Just as Pictured We had a great stay in Palmetto Dunes. The house looked exactly like the pictures. Our favorite area was the backyard. We enjoyed the view of the pond and the sound of the waterfall. The yard's lush vegetation was beautiful and allowed for privacy. We had plenty of space with our family of six. The house had clear directions for keeping the place well-organized. nice condo, good location Very well provided. The kitchen had everything you could need. Nice furnishings, the only complaint was that the master bedroom bed really needed to be changed. Short walk to the beach. Otherwise a great condo and would rent again.
