Great place! As advertised. Great condo for our family! Very spacious and the best views. We loved it and can't wait to return. First time to Hilton Head and felt like we had the best place. Palmetto Dunes is great area. Perfect weather all week.
Nice location - not well maintained The property is in a great location and was spacious enough for our entire family. I would give the cleaning crew a 3.5 or 4 out of 5 as floors were not properly swept and showers were not very clean. I would give the owner and the property management company a 2 out of 5 as the home was not at all well maintained. Fabulous beach front condo. This second floor unit was perfect for our group of 6 (my parents, husband, and our teenage sons). The beds were very comfortable, all 3 bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was very well-equipped for preparing meals (lots of dishwater, glassware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans). The layout was much appreciated in terms of the separate tv and sitting areas. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the pool was great. Relaxing in beautiful surroundings 😊 This Villa is beautifully maintained. The renovations done are first class. We had a couple of maintenance issues but they were taken care of quickly. Loved the soaking tub and showers and looking out at the fountain. Very relaxing! 🌅

Outdated appliances and minimal items. No beach items for guest to use.. Great location, but the appliances are outdated and no beach supplies. I think it would be nice to know there are no items for guest to use. Nothing...

Perfect location, beautiful condo and grounds. Loved the location and the fabulous view from a well appointed balcony. Decorating in condo is beautiful. Chairs in dining area stained, musty odor from books on bookshelf was unpleasant. Dryer was squeaking. Mattress in spare bedroom has deep crevices. Mattress in master is like new. Management offered to fix dryer but we asked them to wait until after our visit. I would absolutely stay at Captain’s Walk again.

Thank-you for the kind words about the balcony, view, location and decor. I'm sorry you had a few problems. I was at the condo for 4 months and left the beginning of April. Their was no musty odor at that time. I also had 3 excellent reviews during April and the beginning of May. They also made no mention of any musty smell. HHI 5-11-18-2019 J Collins This was our third stay in this condo. Our visit was very enjoyable. The unit is well furnished and has great views of the beach and pool. We'll probably try again in the fall of this year.
