Good Location. Great House layout for our group Overall we had a great experience at this home. The cleanliness could be improved. Especially considering COVID. The coffee pot, for example, had old coffee in the water receptacle and it was very difficult to clean out. The home layout was great for our group. There was even a small bedroom/closet that was perfect for our youngest guest. The pool was right outside the backdoor and the beach was a 10 min walk away. Great Location Overall we enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, spacious, and met my families needs. The location is very close to the beach and The Dunes House. The pool is directly behind the property. The car port is really nice and allows space to store your beach gear. Now for the negatives. The bed in the master really needs to be upgraded. Much needed get away We have stayed at various locations within Captain’s Walk over the past 20 years. This condo by far was the most up to date condo. We truly could not find one thing that was not offered. The only small additions I would make would be better communication on the WiFi code as well as the beach gate code. These are so minor though. Great location and we will search for this condo for our next trip to HH. Thank you!
Annual Family Vacation 2020 This property and Bill & Susan were by far the most amazing and accommodating people I have ever dealt with. This home was very clean, spacious, and had every amenity you could think of! The bathrooms were gorgeous and the pool and spa were just perfect for children and adults! I recommend that anyone traveling to Hilton Head Island for a family vacation, rent this home.... you will not be disappointed! We will be returning in 2021!

Nice townhome on the beach Overall we were pleased with our stay. It was in a great location, very short walk to the beach with all of our children and gear. Also super close to the pool (which we chose not use due to Covid) However the pool was never crowded. We enjoyed takeout from the dunes house located right on the beach with walkup service and the food and drinks were delicious! Also had some delicious takeout from Alexanders.
