Outstanding Views with any weather - one of the best spots we've stayed at!!! With going to Palmetto Dunes at least twice a year for the past ten years, we have tried many options for rentals from Town Homes to Homes but our preferred rentals have been Condo's in Palmetto Dunes. Wonderful condo right on the beach. This was our first time to Hilton Head and what a delightful condo to stay in. Very well furnished and everything you need in a kitchen. Beautiful view of the beach and we were lucky to be able to watch the deer chase around right below our balcony. We have deer in our yard quite often in Ohio but did not expect to see them on the beach. Very nice, comfortable, close to the beach Lots of room, pretty comfy furniture, short walk to the beach.
Relaxing; well-stocked condo. Perfect for 3 couples or a ladies trips. Well-stocked , beds were comfy and each BR had its own bath. Perfect location . Loved looking at ocean all day.

The property was nice and location was good for our purposes. Insuf linens, coffee cups, faucets ba Staff was responsive when called re: need for linens and cups. Faucets need work/replacement as hot water had to be coaxed out. Impression was some maintenance needed for property.

Wonderful Condo In Hilton Head My wife and I have been staying here for the past 3 years. Our stay was for 2 weeks in October. The unit is clean, updated and has the best views on the island. Tevis, the owner is great to work with. We continue to look forward to coming back each year.
27 Fazio The condo itself was good. The decor and furniture was older but the place was very clean. The issue I had was trying to get friends to come have dinner with us and the difficulty it was to get them through the gate! We ended up having to drive outside the gate & pick them up. They did not have enough trash bags so bring your own.
Fun Women Only Weekend! My group of women had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The home is very clean and well maintained. We relaxed by the pool and played tennis at the many nearby clubs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home! Would highly recommend. Bill was very communicative and made the entire process very easy.
