Location excellent however home needed repairs and was not cleaned properly Sink had a leak and there was a few inches of water under it as well as a lot of black, white and green mold. Ceiling in bathroom peeling. Furniture showed excessive wear and tear. Mold in shower. Sheets were old and wearing through. Pool was great! Our customer service rep did get the sink repaired that day and was extremely helpful. They tried to relocate our family however since it was 4th of July, there weren’t many options. Beautiful location, but the condo has some safety hazzards The condo is just beautiful and the location is ideal, but you need to be aware of some safety issues and general issues. The sliding glass doors are very old and it locks in a downward motion, so if you shut the door in the wrong way, you will be locked out and trapped on the patio ( which happened to us, including our kids, and we had to call 911). Awesome condo! This was our first experience on Hilton Head Island...couldn't have asked for a better condo or location. We loved the ocean front view & balcony! If we weren't on the beach we were most likely on the balcony overlooking the beach. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. If we travel to Hilton Head Island again, we will definitely return to this rental.

Fantastic place, very comfortable This place is perfect and in a wonderful location within Palmetto Dunes (which in of itself is wonderful). It is centrally located to everything, but still only a 10-minute walk to the beach. It was clean, updated, well-kept and comfortable with a great balcony . We came down as 2 couples and the separate bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms was great. It has a great kitchen (with blender) and all amenities. I would definitely return.

Absolutely a gem!!!! First off Bill is a great host and just so happened to be there to greet us. The house was immaculate and extremely spacious. Every bedroom had a 40" flat screen tv with cable, the kitchen is huge and anything you could possible need is in there. The pool was great, very warm, and plenty of room for sun bathing or just sitting on the deck in the shade. Great condo! We’ve been going to HH for almost 30yrs and our usual condo wasn’t available for our week. This one did not disappoint. Great views, furnishings and overall comfort. Would definitely rent again!

Great week! The house was perfect. We had a wonderful time. Our only request was that Palmetto put a hose at the beach walk to wash the sand off our feet before we walk back to the house. The ocean was the calmest I have ever seen it. It was perfect. We will rent it again. Tony Triplitt Rome, GA
