Great family vacation, beautiful location. The condo was excellent, clean, beautiful location and well maintained. We had small children with us so if Coligny Circle had been closer it would have been perfect but it was a short drive away. Everyone had a great time.

The perfect getaway!! We just got back from the BEST vacation down in Hilton Head and what made it complete was this condo! The location is everything... having a 3 year old and a 1.5 year old, we knew we wanted to be close to the beach but this place exceeded our expectations! Amazing week in Hilton Head thanks to this VRBO owner! From arrival to departure Bill was very responsive to our needs. Starting long before we arrived we received a document from him with in-depth information about the home, but also things to do in HiltonHead, suggestions on transportation, bike rental, restaurants, etc. He checked on us upon arrival to assure everything was as expected and provide any additional information needed. Property description not accurate The description of unit says: pull out couch, no it doesn’t and we were counting on that bed. The half bath door did not shut properly or lock. Was very inconvenient. The downstairs bedroom was listed as having 2 twin beds and it had the king bed. My elderly mom was with us and could not do the stairs so she had to share a bed with me. Hampton Place 5108 It would be difficult to find a better view of the ocean and enjoy the luxury of this Hampton Place Condo. Everything was as as advertised and of course Palmetto Dunes offers a beautiful environment with many opportunities for fun family activities. Highly recommended.

A fantastic place to stay! We have stayed in Hilton Head on Palmetto Dunes for over 30 years. This condo was one of the best we have stayed in. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable living room and bedrooms. It even had beach and pools supplies. The view was beautiful. Close to the pool and beach. Couldn’t ask for anything more! A wonderful visit!
Outstanding! This home is beautiful and so well maintained. It worked out perfectly for our family and the owner was just a delight to work with. I would recommend it highly.
