The unit was wonderful . But that is where it stops! This was a very luxurious villa and located in a great spot. The problem came upon our day of arrival when the Palmetto Dunes desk staff rudely explained to me that I could not check in early even though I was there one hour past the designated check in time. Having resolved that issue the vacation went without a hitch until the final day we decided to go to the General Store for breakfast which is really good. Wonderful Getaway with Friends We rented this house for a girls weekend in mid-April. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. The house was spotless and very organized. The owner was very responsive to my questions and provided lots of information about the house and Hilton Head in general. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Great choice We’ve always stayed in the hotel. This time we tried a villa. The hotel is a thing of the past. The villa was great and has a upgrade kitchen and floors. It was very cozy.

Plenty of room for our family of 5 Good kitchen with a large island. Full size laundry worked out great. TVs in almost every room. Outdoor area would have been great if the weather was just a bit warmer for our visit. This was my first trip to HHI and I will likely return. I would definitely rent this property again.
