Fantastic place, very comfortable This place is perfect and in a wonderful location within Palmetto Dunes (which in of itself is wonderful). It is centrally located to everything, but still only a 10-minute walk to the beach. It was clean, updated, well-kept and comfortable with a great balcony . We came down as 2 couples and the separate bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms was great. It has a great kitchen (with blender) and all amenities. I would definitely return.
Absolutely a gem!!!! First off Bill is a great host and just so happened to be there to greet us. The house was immaculate and extremely spacious. Every bedroom had a 40" flat screen tv with cable, the kitchen is huge and anything you could possible need is in there. The pool was great, very warm, and plenty of room for sun bathing or just sitting on the deck in the shade. Great condo! We’ve been going to HH for almost 30yrs and our usual condo wasn’t available for our week. This one did not disappoint. Great views, furnishings and overall comfort. Would definitely rent again!
Great week! The house was perfect. We had a wonderful time. Our only request was that Palmetto put a hose at the beach walk to wash the sand off our feet before we walk back to the house. The ocean was the calmest I have ever seen it. It was perfect. We will rent it again. Tony Triplitt Rome, GA

In reference to the need for a hose at the beach, if our guests use the Dunes House beach access parking area, they have showers & foot showers at that location. We also have a hose outside our home for guests to use to rinse & rinse beach gear. Thanks again so much for your kind comments feedback!!

Excellent Condo An A+ Condo. A large 3 bedroom 3 bath Condo. 1 porch off the master and 1 porch shared off the living room and 2nd bedroom. The Condo includes multiple HDTV's and the complex includes an exercise room and multiple pools and a jacuzzi that is actually at the right temp. The Condo is a quick walk off the beach. Highly recommended.

Nice property. It was difficult to get information. I was told we would receive an information packet. It didn’t arrive. I called and was told it would be emailed. The email was sent on Saturday the day we were leaving. Did not even see it until we returned. Condo was great but difficult to find. Elevator was out of order on the day of check-out which made it very difficult. Bathtub/shower in master unit is not easily accessible.

Awesome! We had a wonderful family vacation. The pictures represented the location perfectly! We were right on the beach, close to the pools, the grills were cleaned every day and we even cooked out two times! A beautiful, relaxing vacation - I can't think of one thing I would change!
