I recently had a team from Palmetto install a 44 panel system on my home. The installation process was top notch. The team was punctual , professional and polite. Team lead made sure I was satisfied with the installation design and really did a great job with the layout of the system. The crew worked extremely hard to finish the job in two days as proposed, pushing through extreme heat as temps top plus 100 degrees on the roof. Very pleased with install. Cant wait for my inspection to see the saving start to roll in.
Palmetto made this whole process pain-free. The plans were easy to understand, the requirements were straightforward, the installation was quick, and I immediately saw improvement in air conditioning— I’m able to keep the temperature a few degrees higher than I religiously did before getting the panels!
I was very pleased with the three installer’s and the two electricians were outstanding and knew their business. I watched them all every moment they were at my house and the electrician’s answered my every question and if they couldn’t, the lead electrician put me on the phone to their supervisor, who did answer my one question about my Generac generator.
I could not of ask for better customer experience. Everything was explained in language I could understand and from start to install was fairly fast. The installers were also excellent and each day explained what was happening for that day. Highly recommend!!
Palmetto did what they said they would do. Explained what and when the tasks would happen and in what order. The tutorial was excellent. Wife and I could understand it's message with only a question or two which was explained quickly. You can tell Palmetto was experienced. Their crew came to our home, panels were installed, and they even had it pass a tough county inspection on first try. I am still learning on how much we can save and still help others . Overall a very professional experience .
We went live ten days ago. All in all, our journey to solar took about four and a half months during which Palmetto helped us gain approval from our homeowners association. They also obtained all the necessary permits and inspections, and worked with the installers, and finally got permission to operate from our local power utility. Palmetto people and customer service are the reason I chose Palmetto over Sunrun. No high pressure just straight honest answers to all my questions and concerns. Sunrun may be number one but number two tries harder and it shows.
We are very happy with our Palmetto experience. Staff walked us through the entire process from proposal to doing all the paperwork online and installation began within 3 weeks. Work crew was very friendly & efficient. Whenever we had a question, Palmetto was easily to contact.
