From when they arrived to finish everything was professional. I now only pay the connection fee to the electric company. I recommend them.

The PV solar panels on my roof are just fine! They do what they're supposed to, and I feel good about my contributions to reducing coal-generated electricity. The Palmetto app lets me keep track of how much energy the panels I'm generating, and help me schedule (if I need) maintainence.
This companys product, install and support has been great. And most importantly we are going to be saving money long-term, and took advantage of the tax credits immediately! Go solar!

Our Palmetto consultation was very informative and the rep Tony explained ALL of the pros and cons of going solar with my wife and I, and we wouldn't have known a lot of info without him because the first two solar companies we met with just tried to get us to buy in 15-20 minutes! I signed up for solar in October of 2024.It was finally activated in June of 2025,however, it didn't work properly and produced very little energy. Moving forward, another company came out in April of 2026 and somehow was able to get the system working. I've been dealing with Palmetto to try to resolve my financial concerns. The latest "customer advocate",David Ulloa is less than helpful. On several occasions, he has promised to call and does not. It's now almost 1 year and no resolution. During the quoting phase, communication was responsive and professional. Palmetto was not the cheapest option, but their reputation for reliability and seriousness influenced my decision. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met after signing. Once under contract, communication from Palmetto was largely limited to sending contracts and invoices, which I paid promptly to try to meet the year‑end 2025 deadline for the tax credit. While the staff member was very nice and tried to be helpful, she was unable to resolve my issue. After spending 15 minutes on hold while she attempted to connect me with the correct person, I was told to call a number. Tried calling the number three times. Each time I was immediately disconnected upon the call being answered.
My biggest complaint is dealing with emails and not physical contact with representatives. I am 71 years old and live out in the country and internet services are not satisfactory for doing important documents. We do not get confirmation sometimes and emails go to the junk Email which we never look at . And emails are not on the top of our list
