From when they arrived to finish everything was professional. I now only pay the connection fee to the electric company. I recommend them.

The PV solar panels on my roof are just fine! They do what they're supposed to, and I feel good about my contributions to reducing coal-generated electricity. The Palmetto app lets me keep track of how much energy the panels I'm generating, and help me schedule (if I need) maintainence.
This companys product, install and support has been great. And most importantly we are going to be saving money long-term, and took advantage of the tax credits immediately! Go solar!

Our Palmetto consultation was very informative and the rep Tony explained ALL of the pros and cons of going solar with my wife and I, and we wouldn't have known a lot of info without him because the first two solar companies we met with just tried to get us to buy in 15-20 minutes! Communication Lacking While I am happy with the overall installation and performance of my rooftop solar system, poor communication and changing of equipment was annoying to say the least as were price increases. I had to reach out over and over again with no responses and nearly canceled the contract in frustration. The panel brand changed twice, the installer was changed, the price increased by 25%. Be very careful with Palmetto / LightReach, the deceptive solar company I signed solar agreements for two houses in Texas, after their salesperson told me I should expect about a $0 utility bill after installing solar. I was also told that if the system wasn't enough, they could add panels, and if I sold the house and the buyer didn't want solar, the system could be removed without penalty. Palmetto Solar aka Trinity Solar aka Lightreach Solar is an absolutely horrible, disgusting, money hungry company to work with. Rather than remove the solar panels on my deceased mother's house so we can sell it to people who don't want the panels or to take on the lease payment of the panels, they are holding up the sale saying that the contract specifies if the owner dies, someone else has to keep paying for it regardless.
