Second chance I applied to Pangea, when my little brother was with them for 4 years. Having stayed with him for a few months, I love how the apartments were new and painted. My background was spotty a few years before when I applied and got rejected, but I had to try again so I waited for a few years. Eventually i applied this year and I got accepted. I'm so excited to now begin a new chapter in my life. Thank you Pangea for giving me another chance.

I honestly wish there was more… I honestly wish there was more communication between the property manager and the lessee, overall I love my apartment.

The staff are terrific The staff are terrific, and my apartment is clean and has been welk kept by prior tenant. I think the inspections that the staff do will help the property.

Love my New Place My first response would be after choosing my forever home in which I had several to choose from. Great staff including excellent customer service, and very informative.
A happy residence Since I been a resident of pangea I can honestly say that I enjoyed every minute of it, they do things by the book so it would be no confusion, work orders are done an a reasonable amount of time, moving from one Pangaea property to another one is fairly easy, I just wish that every building had a laundry in the basement.
