Early on 1st possible day, I noticed that someone was out in the hallway getting the light back in working order
Why it took a 5 days later to resolve an urgent matter is beyond me. When flooding occurred again, the issue in my living space took a 5 days to reslove. Wet carpet, meldow smell, gnats and roaches I n my apartment. The common area and my living space still smells of meldow. Im SICK OF MAINTENANCE JUST SHOWING UP ANNOUNCED COMING INTO MY DAMN APARTMENT. No one calls and let's us know anything. I had personal papers out and I dont know what these people do when they enter an empty unit. Pangea needs to do better by there tenants. I pay my rent and I deserve better treatment. Just because the area isnt the best i do try and take care of where I live at.Nobody comes out and checks nothing till a work order is submitted. He did a great job and he made sure it was right before he left and he was very respectful and polite
The gentleman repaired my kitchen floor tiles and fixed the leaking pipe in the kitchen. Haven't had a problem since.
Pangea has terrible business practice they make changes to get more and more of your money Charging more money for parking in the mist of this pandemic
